Project: Unprofessional Tile Replacement in kitchen
The job completed today was done in a very unprofessional manner!
While the tile was being installed the observation could have been made by the installer... that the tile was not an exact match.
Instead the installer never raised any concern, for hours pulling up all broken tiles, never escalating to myself or my husband through our phone numbers that the tile chosen to replace the broken tile wasn't an exact match to the remaining tile on the floor.
If this was brought to our attention, we would have paused the job, took the tile to the store to return and exchange for the exact match before the installer completed the task.
With trust, I left to handle my day with my children ...only to come back to a job that was not completed correctly.
As I mentioned that "the tile did not match" and that we would have to have the tile replaced to match accuarately, apologizing for any inconvenience caused - Jonathan then responded that I would have to repay the same amount again, no discount, no apology - to get the correct tile placed - and that it was our fault for choosing the wrong tile as the customer.
I was truly disappointed in how unprofessional this situation was handled and hope no one else receives as horrible customer service as I did today.
I still paid for the labor, but will now have to spend more money to fix the job that was not done accuarately, being left with mismatched tiles throughout my kitchen.

I was having a new floor installed in my kitchen and needed a plumber to disconnect/reconnect the water to fridge and gas/electric to stove. Fabian was recommended by my flooring company. He was fantastic!!! He communicated with me to confirm and coordinate plans; he accommodated my timeframe requirements, was very skilled and efficient, and a really nice guy. I highly recommend him!
